Adam and Dale were called out to remedy a potentially dangerous situation in a local neighborhood community. The result: this 10ft. 325lb, Bull Gator, (one of three this size they caught this month) An alligator of this size can be a real threat to small children, pets, or anyone caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Florida law mandates that when a complaint is filed through the Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program (SNAP), gators over 4 feet long must be trapped, and removed. Here in St. John’s County, your licensed Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC) trapper is Adam Burch.
Seth came all the way from Virginia to catch this nearly seven foot gator. As you can see the gator continues to tussle with the trapper, even after being caught and subdued. Seth’s wife and best friend Cheth, were along for the hunt making for an unforgettable day. Strangely this gator kept avoiding the trappers, and popping up next to Seth’s wife, who was armed only with a camera.
Chet holds a gator that had avoided Adam and Dale for nearly a year. A well placed cast by Adam, and a great deal of muscle by Cheth and Seth brought this guy to the hill.
